Where do you need to go?
Six questions. Answer yes or no. If something matches, we will point you to the right page. If nothing matches, that is okay too.
Question 1 of 6
Are you in physical danger right now?
Your safety comes first.
If you are in immediate danger, nothing on this site matters more than getting safe. These resources are free, confidential, and available right now.

Did a group or organization control your relationships, money, or information?
That is coercive control.
When a group controls who you see, what you spend, or what you are allowed to read, that is not community. That is a system designed to keep you dependent. Recognizing the pattern is the first step out.
Recognize the signs →Question 3 of 6
Were you taught that doubt was sin or that questioning authority was wrong?
Doubt is not sin.
Healthy systems welcome questions. Controlling systems punish them. If questioning was framed as spiritual failure or moral weakness, that framing was the control mechanism, not a truth about you.
Recognize the signs →Question 4 of 6
Did you share or believe something that turned out to be false?
That does not make you stupid.
Everyone has shared something false. The deception worked because it was designed to work, not because you were gullible. The difference is what you do when you find out. Learn to verify, correct the record, and move forward.
Learn to verify →Question 5 of 6
Are you grieving the loss of a community, identity, or worldview?
The grief is real.
You may have lost relationships, years, money, or an entire sense of who you were. That loss is not a learning experience. It is real harm. Recovery is not linear, but it is possible, and there are people who have walked this path before you.

Do you want to push back against what is still happening?
The mechanics exist.
If the leader is still leading and no one has been held accountable, there are ways to push back. Not from rage. From documentation, coalition, and the specific mechanism that governs the institution.
Action playbooks →You may not need any of these right now.
And that is okay. If something changes, this page will be here.
Back to help →This is not a diagnostic tool. It is a guide to help you find the right page. If you are in crisis, use emergency services or a crisis line.
