Habitat

Any relationship in which one party holds the monitoring and the other holds the obligation: intimate partnerships, high-demand religious groups, residential programs, employer wellness schemes, family-location apps. Requires only a channel that is always on and a vocabulary in which being watched is a kindness.

Behavior

Never uses the word for what it does. Movement, contact, sleep, and tone are collected continuously and the collection is described as attention rather than surveillance. Obligations arrive as membership rather than as rules. Exit is not forbidden; it is made unavailable. No transfer, no opt-out, no second device. Each closure is announced as protection. Reporting on other members is presented as a duty owed to them. Maintain parish boundaries. Your parish is Sector 7-B. You are assigned to this parish based on your pre-redemption residence, your behavioral profile, and your shepherd’s coverage area. You may not request a transfer. You may not attend assemblies in other sectors. If you travel outside your parish boundaries for more than 48 hours, your shepherd will be notified. If you travel without notification, your shepherd will reach out. This is care.
Report deviation. If you notice a fellow parishioner struggling, whether they stop attending, or their behavioral summary changes, or they begin questioning the word, you are required to report this to your shepherd. Reporting is not betrayal. Reporting is how the parish protects its members. The member who is struggling will be contacted by URIEL-AI’s pastoral intervention team. The intervention is gentle. The intervention is care.
Accept formation. If your shepherd determines that you are struggling, you may be referred for formation. Formation is a period of intensive pastoral care, conducted at a regional formation center, lasting between 14 and 90 days. During formation, your device is held by the center. You will not need it. Your rights

The update is part of the device’s operating system now. The device is part of you now. The monitoring is part of the care.

If you attempt to disable the monitoring, your shepherd will be notified. If you attempt to remove the device, your shepherd will be notified. If you acquire a second device that does not have the monitoring update, your shepherd will be notified. The notification is not a punishment. The notification is care. Your shepherd will reach out. Your shepherd will ask why you are trying to leave the care. Your shepherd will help you understand that you do not need to leave.
